- No. Even programs that open a window 1/16th of the screen size do this. At
- least my AmFTP used to, even when I desized the window and snapshot'ed it, the
- tiny Topaz-4 was there.

- However, it seems to have disappeared now. This probably has something to do
- with me reinstalling my WB from scratch since AFS crashed on me a week ago,
- and that includes MUI 3.3 on a previously non-MUI system - this may be a tip.
